Hi Guys!

Hope you're all having a great summer!

-I sure am! and I am excited to bring you some news!
          This summer, I am holding the annual sculpt boot camp. unfortunately, I will only be holding one this summer, however! Not to worry! 

I am going to personally ensure it is fun packed and nobody leaves with a dry t-shirt!


The sessions will involve a total body workout incorporating military-style training, functional training and Dance.

The day will cover a Fitness Question and Answer segment, as well as competitions to win some valuable gift prizes.
