You can have this if you would not get a chance to a proper meal any time soon!
What you need:
2 Medium sized banana4 large strawberries
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
Half a cup of milk or more according to your preference in consistency.
*You can add ice cubes to the mix for the ice lovers!
- Rougly cut the bananas into smaller pieces.
- Wash and slice the strawberries
- Add into the smoothie blender.
- Blend.
- Add the milk and peanut butter and blend again.
- Voila!
